The People Behind the Work

You won’t work with a stranger.
You’ll work with us.

Every facilitator at Denver Psilocybin Sanctuary is a licensed mental health therapist first. That’s not a credential we require for appearances — it’s the foundation of what makes this work safe, effective, and genuinely therapeutic.

I became a therapist because I believe most people are carrying more than they should have to carry alone — and that the right support can change everything. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, narcissistic abuse, and the deep patterns that form early and quietly shape the way we move through the world. My work is somatic, relational, and grounded in the reality that healing the mind means attending to the body too.

I trained at Adams State University, where I earned my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I’m trained in EMDR — including full-day EMDR intensives for complex and chronic trauma — as well as Polyvagal theory, IFS, and somatic approaches. I work with individuals and couples across anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, identity, and relationship patterns. What ties all of it together is a belief that you are a capable, resilient person who deserves a therapeutic relationship that actually challenges and holds you at the same time.

I came to psilocybin through my clinical work. I kept seeing clients reach the edges of what talk therapy alone could reach — the trauma that lived in the body and wouldn't shift through conversation, the grief that had calcified, the depression that had tried everything. The research was pointing clearly at something I couldn't ignore. I completed my Natural Medicine Facilitator training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and founded Denver Psilocybin Sanctuary because I wanted to create the kind of space this medicine actually deserves: unhurried, nature-forward, clinically rigorous, and genuinely warm.

What I care most about in this work is continuity. You will not prepare with one person, journey with another, and integrate with a third. I am with you from the first conversation to the last integration session — and in my experience, that relationship is where a lot of the healing actually happens.
